Genine Manchip
Genine is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle, and encourages her patients to do the same. She has been an athlete herself from childhood, having been involved in various sports, achieving provincial colours in Swimming and Biathlon. She is currently focusing on endurance events and has completed numerous Ironman 70.3 races and marathons. Her genuine interest and experience in sport has led to a passion for the rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries, for over 10 years.
She firmly believes that movement is medicine. Early intervention of pain and discomfort can minimise time off exercise and thus she encourages her patients to not let a niggle become an injury.
