Returning to run programmes

These individualised running programmes are tailored to your specific goal. These programmes aim to get you to build up your mileage and speed in a safe and controlled manner whether it be to improve your running speed or performance or to build up post op or post partum.

Programmes include aerobic base training, speed work, long runs, cross training, specific strength sessions and rest days.

  • Beginner to 5km to Marathons

  • Post op return to running

  • Post partum return to running

  • Adapting your training during injury recovery

Training Plans

  • Standard Program

    • Virtual initial consultation and a goal orientated programme for you to follow

  • Comprehensive Program

    • Virtual initial consultation, weekly check in’s and a goal orientated program. A detailed report or weekly check in with your specific running coach.
